Vaporlease

Saturday · The Prism · 12:00 AM

Vaporlease came out of Detroit's late-night warehouse scene with a sound reviewers keep trying to name and the crowd keeps deciding is just 'heavy'. Half of the project's sets are improvised on a rig of hand-built effects units; the other half are rehearsed down to the strobe cue. Their surprise 2025 EP Extended Warranty became the rare bass record that club DJs, festival bookers and your dentist all agree on.
